Warranty Information
You the consumer are entitled to the manufacturer's limited expressed warranty, if any, that accompanies the product(s). Projector Lamp Center makes no additional or independent warranty. Any and all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness of a product for a particular application are disclaimed. Projector Lamp Center shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages including loss of profits, even it had been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product(s).
Online Stock Status
All products are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. All stock-status indications are approximate daily estimates and subject to change without notification. Projector Lamp Center relies on our suppliers and manufacturers for both real time and daily stock status updates concerning hard to locate constrained products and future product availability. We will make every effort to ship expedited orders as requested via shipping method within 24 hours of the date the order was originally placed. Non-Expedited orders will normally ship within 1-5 business days.
Shipping Policy Shipping rates are estimates only and may vary by carrier, ship to location and weight of package. Delivery times are estimated, actual in transit time may vary depending on the ship to location, availability of product and policies and/or guidlines established by the shipping carrier. Please refer to shipping carrier for additional information. In the event that an order is not processed by Friday evening the order will ship Monday (the next business day.) Projector Lamp Center preferred carrier is UPS.
Cancellation/Return Policy
Order Cancellations must be submitted to Projector Lamp Center in writing prior to 5:00 PM same day as original placement of order. Cancellation requests submitted after 5:00 same business day as original order or thereafter will be subject to our normal return policy cancellation charges. Any and all returns must be authorized by Projector Lamp Center within 30 days from the original invoice date. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Projector Lamp Center shall accept no return without prior authorization. The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Projector Lamp Center must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please note, we will not accept a return with any damage to or defacing of the manufacturer's box. This includes shipping back your item without exterior packaging. Customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges. Projector Lamp Center recommends the use one of our approved carriers with proof of delivery for any return shipments. RMA numbers issued by Projector Lamp Center are good for a period of 15 days. Returns must be received by us within the RMA return period. RMA numbers will only be issued within 30 days from the original invoice date. Unopened product may be or may not be returned for a full product refund or exchange, at our sole discretion, with a valid RMA number. Opened products may be returned within 30 days of original invoice date with a valid RMA number and ALL original packaging, enclosures, software, and blank warranty cards included; however such returns and/or order cancellations will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Products considered as "Special Order" including but not limited to screens, Plasma and LCD displays, electronic controls, lamps, or various other products may not be returnable. Please contact customer service for further information. Please allow 60 to 90 days for processing of return. All credits will be issued in the form of a check. Product that is defective or dead on arrival may be returned for warranty exchange with a valid RMA number for exchange only. To obtain an RMA number please call 1-800-296-8420 option 3, and have a copy of original invoice or packing list when you call.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Projector Lamp Center and/or its respective suppliers be liable for any damages caused by any product or service, or the failure of such product or service to perform; Including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, loss of data, lost savings, or any other special, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage.
Pricing & Promotions
All promotions are subject to availability and inventory. Projector Lamp Center reserves the right to change, alter, or cancel promotions at any time without notice.
Projector Lamp Center (PLC) is committed to providing the most up to date pricing information available. However, considering pricing and availability of products frequently change on a daily and sometimes hourly basis, PLC accepts no liability for pricing errors, protection on currently published prices, or omissions and will not refund or be compelled to honor prices as published at time of order. We will strive to make every effort to fulfill your order if at all possible and thank you for your business.
Payment Policy
It is the policy of Projector Lamp Center to not accept nor process any order placed on our site/with us, with the bill to and ship to addresses not being one in the same. Any order that is placed with these addresses being different will be held and an attempt to contact the card holder will be made within one business day. If contact is not made with the cardholder and the matter addressed the order will be considered null/void and will be deleted from our database.
Projector Lamp Center will accept certified bank checks for orders placed on our website; however we will allow 10 days for clearing prior to processing the order and shipping the item(s). Wire transfers are also accepted, please contact your sales representative for details.
Merchant Account Transactions (CC) will be charged on the same day in which the order was placed.
Projector Lamp Center accepts American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
