Because we ship most orders same day, order cancellations must be submitted by phone prior to 2:00 PM EST same day as original placement of order. Cancellation requests submitted after 2:00 PM EST same business day as original order or thereafter will be subject to our normal return policy cancellation charges.
Exchanges
Product that is defective or dead on arrival may be exchanged with a valid RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please note, we will not accept a return with any damage to or defacing of the manufacturer's box. This includes shipping back your item without exterior packaging. Customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges. All returns are required to be shipped back either UPS or FedEx. RMA numbers are valid for a period of 15 days. We are not responsible for products sent back without a RMA number.
Returns
Any and all returns must be authorized within 30 days from the original invoice date. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. No return will be accepted without prior authorization. To obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number please contact us via Live Chat or by phone 1-800-397-9201. For faster processing please have a copy of original invoice or packing list when you contact us. Please make sure the product is packaged and ready for shipping prior to obtaining a RMA. The RRF (Return Request Form) must be completed in its entirety before a RMA will be issued. Opened products may be be returned for a refund or exchange, at our discretion, with a valid RMA number and may be subject to a 15% restock fee. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of original invoice date with a valid RMA number and ALL original packaging, enclosures, software, and blank warranty cards included.
