New Company Plans to Win Back Projector Lamp Center Customers and Suppliers
ATLANTA, GA, April 17, 2009 — Lamps and Screens Online LLC, a newly-formed value-added reseller of audio and video equipment, acquired the assets of SageRyder, including www.ProjectorLampCenter.com, through a foreclosure auction on April 6, 2009.

SageRyder, an Atlanta based company, operated many online audio/video stores, including Projector Lamp Center, Big Screen Center, and Mount Center. For the past few years the company has experienced financial troubles, including the loss of its credit card processor. Earlier this month an Atlanta bankruptcy court permitted the foreclosure and auction of SageRyder’s assets. A well-funded investor group stepped forward and created Lamps and Screens Online to purchase the assets.
“Our investors see that an infusion of a capital and a dedication to customer service can turn these stores around,” said Chambers. “We have read the reviews and the complaints. We know that many Projector Lamp Center customers have been frustrated by their recent experiences. Any Projector Lamp Center customer whose credit card was charged without receiving product should submit a complaint to his or her credit card company for a refund and then contact Projector Lamp Center to place a new order. The new owners and management team assure satisfaction.
